As a Web Design Intern at the Vestal Museum near Binghamton, NY, I reimagined and executed a fresh website design for the museum. I spent time engaging with the Museum Director, photographing the space, and witnessing the relationship the museum has with their community to create a more authentic and whimsical site.

Part of the challenge was designing a site that could be maintained by the Museum Director without my guidance. It had to be simple enough to make changes to without much coding/design expertise, yet still feel enjoyable to navigate.
The goal of the new site is to encourage members of the community to visit the museum during open hours and to highlight their many events, as well as educate folks on the unique history of these two spaces.
